Hints of the Vineyard: this powerful wine, which makes the palate quiver, comes from Garganega grapes grown in the area surrounding the historical village of Soave in Verona province.


Vinification: traditional, with a 7-8 days' fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C.

Grape Variety: Garganega

Tasting Notes: pale yellow in colour with greenish shades. Floral on the nose with hints of apple and lavender. To the palate, Soave is pleasantly dry, harmonious, well balanced in its body and acidity. It reveals a lingering fresh aftertaste.

Food Pairing Notes: easy-drinkable wine and perfect as an aperitif, it is the ideal companion to fish, cold starters, or just to be enjoyed on its own.
