Tasting Notes: Deep and consistent red in colour with a clear and persistent and fruity aroma with strong hints of ripe fruit such as currants, raspberries and cherries. On the palate, the wine is fine and elegant, well-balanced and with great personality, with hints
of just pressed ripe grapes and dry almonds. Balanced and pleasant with low acidity and tannin, it evolves further after a short ageing in bottle.
Food Pairing Notes: Great companion to pasta dishes with meat sauces, meat courses of chicken or rabbit, excellent with salami and ripe cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 18 - 20°C.
