Hints of the Vineyard: Full-bodied wine of great structure and unforgettable for its pleasant roundness and length. Made from carefully selected red grapes.

Grape Variety: Sicilian Indigenous Varieties

Ageing: Aged in small oak barrels, thus allowing the wine to refine and amalgamate at its best.

Tasting Notes: Brilliant red colour with intense hints of ripe and dried fig. Full-bodied and harmonic taste, softened and made interesting by the agreeable sensations of vanilla.

Food Pairing Notes: Perfect with rich dishes as red meats, game or chilly dishes. Uncork two hours before drinking.
