Hints of the Vineyard: Pinot Grigio, typical varietal of the Veneto region, has perfectly adapted to the Sicilian soil, especially because of the particularly favourable climate. It is produced from the grapes grown on the south-western hills of the island, where, thanks to the sea breezes and the sun,unique small golden grapes are obtained.

Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow with greenish hues, fresh elegant nose with exotic notes, showing aromes of pineapple.
Fresh on the palate, medium bodied, fruity, finishing on typical almond notes.

Food Pairing Notes: Perfect as aperitif, suitable for cold starters, excellent with fish dishes. Serve at 10 – 12 °C.
