Vinification: This wine undergoes a traditional wine-making process.

Tasting Notes: Deep brilliant red in colour, with underwood flowers aroma, combined with fine notes of redcurrant and plums. Medium-full body, silky texture on the palate, excellent concentration of fruit, fine tannins, long finish.
Food Pairing Notes: A wonderful complement to red meat, game dishes, delicatessen, it suits also spicy dishes. Open preferably two hours before drinking. Serve at 16 – 18 °C.
