Area of Origin: Sauvignon, grape of French origin, is well cultivated in many parts of Italy. 

Hints of the Vineyard: Sauvignon Blanc is among the most fine, unmistakable and well appreciated white grapes in the world.

Vinification: The grapes are softly pressed and fermented at controlled temperature.

Grape Variety: Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow in colour, its aromas are intense with deep notes of sage and wild flowers. Fruity flavours, full-bodied structure and a pleasant, fresh and lively finish.

Food Pairing Notes: Excellent as an aperitif, it expresses all its bouquet and its pleasant and fresh taste with fish dishes at best, especially with fresh shellfish and seafood. Serve at 8-10°C.
