Area of Origin: the hilly slopes close to Giordano Vini, situated in the Talloria Valley of Piedmont, in the middle of the Langhe area, where Cabernet Sauvignon has perfectly acclimatized. 

Hints of the Vineyard: The aristocratic grape variety gives an elegant and prestigious wine with clear aromas, enriched by the refining in barrique, and can boast of the name “Vinré”.

Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the most appreciated red grape varieties in the world.

Aging: in barrique

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet in color, intense to the nose, with delicate notes of vanilla, warm and persistent to the palate, well-structured.
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C

Food Pairing Notes: Perfect with salami, stewed and braised meat, game or matured cheeses such as Castelmagno.
