Hints of the Vineyard: This wine has been obtained by using exclusively the finest Sangiovese grapes grown on the sunny Apulian hills, and selected by Ferdinando Giordano himself. This typical Tuscan grape variety perfectly fits the Apulian red clay soils close to the Mediterranean Sea. The vine training systems are the Head and Cordon Training methods.
Vinification: Traditional, in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature.
Ageing: Matured in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes: Brilliant red in colour with a purple rim, Sangiovese has an intriguing red fruits aroma with a hint of violet. It is a medium bodied wine, extremely easy to drink thanks to its dry harmonious taste, very soft tannins which perfectly match its low acidity. The finish is long-lasting and pleasant.
Food Pairing Notes: Sangiovese is perfect for every course, ideal with cold cuts while relaxing with friends on the open air, soups, pasta and poultry. Serving temperature: 18°C.
